    For 10 people, I'd book a chalet with a hostess. I've done it for the last few trips and I've found it better than staying in a hotel.

    My favourite resorts for amazing skiing, to and from your door, and plenty of nightlife:
    St Anton, Austria
    Zermatt, Switzerland
    Saas-Fee, Switzeland
    Courchevel 1850, France: A little too 'bling' Russian for my liking now. But great skiing and plenty of it.
