if you dont mind the men.. Christopher street in west village has some seriously amazing brownstones with some craazy sized apts.. for that price you can get a tree lined block.. lots of great food spots.. surrounded by men only.. if you dont mind it.. that area is one of nyc best.. its also hella lot quieter than the east village..
- the downside, is usually a 6 flight walk up.. meaning 2 landings totally 12 flights up.e-pill
- I dunno, the apts there are super expensive dude. My range is the same and I couldn't find anything around there.monospaced

- yes most are.. but there are lots that arent and lots that are rent stabilized in that hood..e-pill
