Forget her. Go to the festival, get baked off your face and screw an older chick. 20 Year olds are flaky pains in the ass who just want to play you. Find someone normal who can be straight with you in whom you are interested, like a proper friend, or someone who just wants to fuck and not try to mess with your head. This 20 year old sounds like she doesn't really know how to deal with being attractive to other people, and so hasn't committed to anyone (but is possibly interested in you), and tends to go around with people that find her attractive and enjoys the attention and illusion of control. Sounds like a daddy issues and that nice naturally curly hair type to me.
