    also the juicing vs blending debate is all over the net..
    from what i can tell the 2 main arguments are

    Juicing is just the nutrients and is more of a shot of energy, but the energy doesnt last as long..

    where as blending, doesnt have the same nutrient content as it uses way less produce, but the fibre helps regulate the blood sugar.

    a whole pitcher of smoothie is about 500-600 calories and is 4-5 large glasses. I did a smoothie detox a month ago or so and lost 9kg in 10 days..

    granted a bunch of that would have been water retention, but i have kept most of it off..

    Spinach, Cucumber, mixed berries, apple and lemon.. and some ice to make it cold..

    so much win.

    • the first 3 day were the hardest tho.. cant tell if it was the lack of weed or the lack of caffeine. probably bothautoflavour
    • tip: skip the ice, freeze blocks of cucumber instead.omg
