    I'm all about the blended smoothies
    My breakfast most days is -
    Half a cup if mixed berries
    1 banana
    Tea spoon of green barley grass (this shit is like some super super food, i link to it in the next post)
    Cup of oats (Scott's porridge oats)
    Desert spoon of peanut butter (sunpat - no palm oil!)
    And about 400ml of milk. (I like semi skimmed)

    Fucking delicious!
    They are rough measures though, I just do it by eye.

    I occasionally through in some whey protein if it's near a training day, but the acidic fruit break down whey protein really quick so it's kinda wasteful.

    • Nice apart from the oats and cow juice. Barley grass is great stuff indeed !set
    • i'll try this with a coconut milk subscarabin
    • You don't drink milk? Why is that? I love milk :D
      I also like coconut milk though.
