Hi i am jenny and this is my feedback:
.the basic design concept is nice, reduced and easy to understand
. the pop ups disturb this EASY concept (you have these two white boxes, one for text one for picture, so use them!)
.cyan is your link-color, so i would reserve it for links (see websites "css" and "xhtml")
.be stringent with your navigation_ either - change the color of the third navigation point - so you can see the cyan field in between, otherwise you communicate IDENTITY has an outstanding position - or put the navi just in the colored boxes withput the cyan fields
. continious text maybe more line spacing, its pretty hard to read
