Two quick questions that I might start threads for in the morning just so it reaches more than blog:
1. How hard is it to grow cannabis? And does anyone know of how to get good quality seeds, or if the MM shops in LA have them?
2. How much would you guess it to cost for a tattoo of a 48pt tall circle with a 12pt interior stroke on my wrist? I'm going to stop somewhere and ask around a few places tomorrow, but mot of the parlors I pass are all big on real fancy shit and this is really dead simple so I don't want them to feel like I'm wasting their time.- 1. hard and if they ctch you. hmhm..
2. 80bucks******** - i'd figure around 80 as wellscarabin

Growing weed is stupid easy; it's near impossible to kill it. Growing females that bear bud instead of becoming males and growing "bananas" is trickier and will require special lighting and lighting schedules. Never seen any seeds in clubs, but they sell them online.
- Oh, is it easy to get them online? I don't really trust the sites I'veseenismith

- well I know that's how salvia is sold online... I'll look into it I guessismith
- I would just want them as a house plant... they are really beautiful. sounds like a lot fo work, are they that much work if your not trying to smoke them?nicole_marie
- you don't have to worry about any of those things if it's a houseplant, the one below i grew for decoration and didn't pay much attention to itscarabin

remember they need LOTS of sun, and a very regular day/night cycle, so get proper lights and a timer system.
if they don't get enough light, they'll stretch upward like skinny crackheads trying to get a fix, which will make their stems spindly, weak, and eventually fall over. light will keep them lush and squat.
also, resist the urge to water them constantly. make sure to let the soil dry out completely before watering or they won't try to grow roots. no roots = slow growth and poor physical support.
females will go hermaphroditic or "hermie" and turn into males. you can sex them by looking for seed-like "nuts" or "bananas". toss those plants quickly or they'll end up pollinating your females and you'll lose a whole crop of good bud.
- yeah, I might try and build a timed lighting system with some hardware and an old laptop. thx for the infoismith
- did yours 'go hermie'? also, did the plant have a bad odor?ismith
- a couple of mine did, then my female got these caterpillars on it which devoured the leavesscarabin
- stress (irregular care) will cause them to go hermiescarabin
- home depot has timer switches for pretty cheap. no software or computers requiredscarabin

just remembered i had a video clip of the worms that ate my plant.
i noticed eggs on the leaves, and left them there out of curiousity. they hatched into these worms, which ate NOTHING BUT POT their entire lives. they formed cocoons and came out as grey moths a couple weeks later.
