Ran a red light on the way to work today. I knew I was at fault. Cop educated me and then said I seem like a nice guy and my last violation was in 1995...so he let me go. Nice cop!

Sorry for the double blog on my last subject on getting pulled over..
but the cop put his lights on, not the red and blue ones, but some weird white ones..I knew he was behind me but it was on a bridge, so I kept driving to get over the bridge and a safe spot to pull over..
He lit up more lights and tons of sirens at me and I pulled over after the bridge. When he came up to my truck, I was kind of a dick and said, "Where did you want me to pull over?? On the bridge?" I thought that would stop traffic..He said that when people keep driving, that's when they're hiding guns or drugs, but he said he could tell that was not the case with me..Not sure why he said that. Anyone could be carrying.
Point is, I kind of sounded off on him for a second..but he still let me go. He could of easily ticketed me for a violation I committed.
And why wouldn't I give him my license?
