I might be a little too late for Macaw, since they got bought by InVision and their future in uncertain but I have to admit this is the first time I read the full documentation for an app (or language).

I have this client who want me to design his album cover and the whole digipack. The pictures he like and want on the cover are FUCKING CRAP! The guy have zero sense of esthetic.
He sent me like 150 pictures, all of them are pure crap nonsense. And he told me "a photographer took some amazing pictures" ... man, my mother takes better pictures! (no joke)
His band logo suck big time. His pictures sucks. He's telling me what to do... So right now i'm on automatic-pilot and I'm just shitting the project waiting for the check to arrive. Fun & creative factor currently at -25%

So I'm in a situation where I can give folks good advice but I struggle to decide for my own:
I'm unhappy at my current work place, no 'cool' jobs, no career. I have an offer from a company doing more development, but I rather want to work as a designer. I have a second opportunity but signs are that the pay would be not good but the place is cool.
So:
1. Stay in safe, old job but don't more forward
2. Risk new dev job with good pay, but could be over on six months if I don't perform that good
3. Go to another design firm, develop myself forward but don't get paid well???

Sometimes I'm on the train or just sitting in public and start watching people, observing, nothing weird.
But lately I feel like they're noticing more. Today some guy said "what's up" to me and that's happened before. Usually it's not really friendly but it's not serious.
