So im back from that 2 weeks trip in West of USA. Took like 4,000 pictures, lots of fun in the next weeks cleaning all those pics!

Are mean bosses more respected then good bosses? i made observations that some peeps respond better to those who create a stern atmosphere as apposed to those that are cool. seems that the mean squeezers have an upper hand. am i wrong?
