i just disliked the PETA Facebook page. They're posting videos of abused animals everyday. It's a fuking pain to watch when you're sensible to animal cruelty.

This morning they posted a tiger being whipped like a piece of shit and tied by chains somewhere in a zoo, the poor thing is screaming of pain and fear. And they posted a video of two small bears being tied by their neck with chains hanging from the roof, they're forcing them to stand, its part of their training for a fucking zoo show, they can't step back on their 4 paws because it strangle them.

day 3 no smokes...
first day was the hardest..second day i was anxious couldnt seem to relax what so ever.. day three, don't even think about cigs... i can smell the smoke from a mile away now, when my coworkers smoke i can smell it everywhere..sleep better, breathe better... smoke a bit more green than usual but i dont cough as much now... tried drinking and actually im doing okay with a couple shots and no cigs.. still dont hit bars and dont hang with anyone who smokes cigs...
im doing okay, i think i got this.
