I volunteered to house/cat sit for my friend for a couple of weeks while she goes on vacation. I can work remotely and wanted to check out a new city.
Well 5 days in and the cat gets super sick. Turns out its bladder blocked. I have no way of contacting my friend because I think she started the backpacking part of her trip and it goes straight to vm.
I had to drop a $2k deposit on the procedure and hospitalization of the cat. Probably will end up costing 3.5-4k. I had no choice but to do it. Such a shitty situation.

Yesterday had one of the best days of my life... We were trying and finally we accomplish.
My expectations were low but when we see the result it was a explosion of happinness.
Let's see what we will face in the next 8 months.

Back from my town's butcher, he has really good meat allways, everything organic and from local producers...
And week by week, he give me a "pork hill" < don't know how do you call this part (kids don't eat this kind of meat this days and he knows we do a lot of bbqs)
Now, i've got 6 of this on my freezer :)
Delicious in sauce with tomato, or with vegetables, or in barbecue.
