brand new toyota corola 1991
3 weeks old.saved my life, even though i was covered in shattered glass and the doors were crushed inward, the main sketal structure of the vehicle was kept intact, i escaped with very minor in juries (small bump on knee, small cuts on face, revoked license) it actually went very very fast, i couldnt feel the spinning, it was recounted by the other people in the cars that i had hit including the police officers said i had spun 11 times and smashed aa few cars along the way. i havent drove since, legaly at least, i never got a new license. i have the same pic from 1990.

good thing you don't have to drive now eddie. living in the city rules!

I'm sorry Jaline came up with that basement hot guy episode. I had a crush on her but now i'm studying prefab warm water structures and advanced nailing affairs...

You know what'd be worse? Failing a second time. I booked my road test for the first week of July, so we'll see how that goes. My dad is paying for the next one, but I'm gonna end up paying after that if I fail again. And I am currently broke...so....
Anyway, I seriously didn't think they'd be extremely critical. There are many crazy people who never stop at stop signs and always cut me off!

i learned to drive by my best friends SUPER HOT older sister (who also taught me a few more things that Hustler wouldn't even print). I was 13 and asked for a lesson - she used to take me driving every now and then.
Then when I was 15 and old enough to get my permit - I didn't. Instead I just used my good looks and boyish charm to land me a girl w/a nice ride (thanks to her daddy) so I had wheels when I needed them...
... then I broke down and took the class (to lesson my insurance when I decided to drive legally)...
... I learned to drive on a simulator. WEIRDEST thing. I had a classroom w/30 simulators that were all hooked up to a screen in front of us. What I found odd was that the simulators were very new - but the film we watched was mid-70's (like every science film we used to watch in school)...
... I've had the license for 12 years now... and don't know what I'd do without a vehicle.
I just wrote a ton of useless information above.
Hooooogwash.™

I liked that story. Especially the part about your car escapades with super hot girl.

you want to go for a ride, sweety?
YES... I CALLED YOU SWEETY.
...man I just want to make out with something.
- tkmeister0
this is just like X'mas, you wake up in morning and have a gift waiting for you!
- Gorbie0
i failed my first test for the same reasons you said earlier.
oh.... and i was drunk.
- NegativeSpace0
@ Gorbie: LOL at being drunk on driving test. Thats scary but funny at the same time.
@Jaline: GL on the next test, I hear all sorts of things about the testers being picky too.
I have to book mine as I am about finish drivers ed. next wed.
I have this big fat lady as an instructor who tells me to do shit, and then,,,, she asks me why I didn't do it like I said, and thennnnnnn she goes onto say how I shouldn't do what she said because the testers don't like it. wtf?
- Jaline0
Haha, negativespace. Maybe you should get yourself a new instructor. Although you're finishing soon anyway. Sounds like she's screwing you over!

you're 18 right? why are you just now getting your license... correction TRYING to get your license?
- Fanco0
i have friends who are 21 who are just NOW getting thier G1s.
no big deal.
- Jaline0
Hey, buddy, I have no need to drive anywhere. Even now. I don't particularly enjoy driving, but my 4 siblings require a chauffeur.
I'm actually turning 19 at the end of this year. Not surprisingly, only 2-3 of my friends actually have their license.
- chossy0
unlucky jaline, I failed in 30 seconds my first time and within 5 seconds the secoond time, pure passed it the third time though oh yeah.
1. I nearly hit a car after pulling out of the test center oh yeah baby
2. pure drove on the wrong side of the road as we were getting to the test center exit.
- Jaline0
Hahaha, wow that sucks. I'm always afraid I'm going to do something like that. Yeah, thankfully I didn't make any major mistakes.
- Fanco0
... in fact. i thought a few of my friends how to drive because their parents dont know jack shit about parenting 101.
- Jaline0
My dad failed the first time, passed the second time. He then taught my mom how to drive, who passed it the first time. He taught me how to drive, and so hopefully I can pass the next time.
- DragKng0
I failed twice back before there was graduated licensing... lost my 365 and then had to do the G1 G2 bullcrap ... but then past no problems... taking a few years break after the incident must have cured me of my insane fear of driving tests that all but paralysed me when I was younger.
\You are young Jaline... and it sounds like you're on your way, just stay ZEN, but not cornering too slow ZEN.
