yeah it's a custom screen set-up. You can do it a couple of ways.

and in that factory tour it looks like they print the graphics when the wood is still flat. And then they shape the wood after that.

if you want to print end to you need to burn your screent then remove the frame, and then pull it tightly over the board, you'll need like 3 people, one on each side and one to squeege...
at least thats how we ghetto did them :D

you can do it with a normal silk screen to a degree. But you wont get past the arch of the kick. And its hard to get it good round the rocker....but it can be done. But proper skateboard screens are totally contoured for a skateboard

i know of one in toronto thats about 45 bucks for the deck and screenprint.... never tried it myself...

SK8 factory's prices are awesome!
definitely worth using if you wanted decks done but didnt have the equipment, time or patience for printing DIY.anyone know of any companies in the UK that offer deck printing like sk8 factory ??

I saw this one post in here a while back where the guy had a really large squeegee and used his thumbs to push the squeegee AWAY from him.

Thought about how you would do that also. I think they probly just have a screen big enough with enough give to hit the whole surface.
