I can't imagine how huge this would be for an 8 year old. Childhood memories always seem larger then life, I woulld imagine getting a family would be mind blowing.... Good on ya.

Good luck but be prepared for a rebellious kid that will drive you crazy and take you for granted until he reaches 25. then he'll become a semi successful designer and be thankful for all you've given to him...oh wait that's my adoption story :/

Congrats... Jevad... Its a big step that few are willing to take.
One of my boys is also 8. He's in third grade. We just had a teacher conference this morning.... Its funny hearing what other people have to say about your kids.
Advice... take one day at a time and it will never be overwhelming. Be consistent in everything you do with them and love them every minute of every day.
