Loopkit at http://www.loopkit.com still brings a buddy and I over $200 per month and we do nothing but ship out a CD. Well he does. ha ha

Downloads: 10833However, iStockphoto rates you based upon an 'Exclusivity Meter': http://www.istockphoto.com/proje… meaing if you only have less than 1,000 DL's you only make 5% of the base price. Since I'm above 10,000 DL's, I'm at 15% which is gold. For every file that is DL'd I get more money, etc., etc. iStock = ~$150/month.
In the final stages of fixing up a house, which a buddy and I will rent. Long drawn out process. We paid only $17K for this home and put nearly $50K into it. Will rent it out at a rate of $650/month and make our money back within 5 years and then it's easy sailing with that place. Or we may just sell it off if the right buyer comes along. I'm taking no less than $150K for it. I want at least $50K profit of it. Too many headaches though...
Support Non-Profit agencies. You'd be surprised at the amount of minorities that need technical expertise. I work as a consultant for them and bill them $500/month.
That's outside my base salary.
