If you think lobster is bad, try jellyfish sometime. They serve it in chinatown here and that shit is hands down the most disgusting food i've ever had. Like eating a rubber band dipped in sesame sauce...served cold.

Live in Miami Beach for 18 years so I had my share of stone crabs, creamed spinach, Joe's dressing, shoe string sweets, and of course key lime pie.
I'll be dining there once again in Sept. Can't wait.

Love going by there and peeking the window...they put the biggest lobsters up front as showpieces. Some are bigger than your arm...good only for bisque tho, too tought.

my uncle has a deep sea fishing boat in maine and i'd go out with him a few times every summer. he'd buy lobster straight off the lobster boats as they came in, fresh! and i remember seeing a rare cobalt lobster once...
