OMG
i have never heard of such a bunch of pansies. come up to Maine and i will show you how to eat a proper lobster. and don;t even get me started if any of you massholes chime in w/ "mass. has the best lobster" shite.
the 'green shit' is called tomally and is delicious.
i love them steamed, grilled, baked or stuffed and broiled- just don't ever give me a boiled lobsta.....unless yer from Mass and then you just don't know any better.

while we're on the surf and turf subject .. who enjoys eating soft shell crab?
i accidentally ordered this once and considered the chef to be quite cruel to plate this up for me. it looked like salt soaked, weakly shelled organs that have been half cooking under boardwalk stairs for days.
i leave that kind of dining up to sea birds.

honestly, NT drink meet-ups are cool and all, but if there is an official NT Lobster Bake that would be the coolest thing ever.
you know what?- if there are NT peeps coming to 'the way life should be' state i will personally purchase, cook, and present everything for a lobster bake.
this is going to be the coolest thing since the band got back together...

I love soft shell crabs. My favorite rendition of them is at Sagami restaurant in Collingswoood, NJ, where they are cooked in a panko batter

We still need to to an NT Puerto Nuevo Mexico lobster meetup.

Lobsta's aight, cept for the claw cheese, but it's all about the halibut, man.
- madirish0
halibut is wonderful. absolutly wonderful but a fine crustation is mighty hard to beat.
i will put you down for sharing a pound and a quarter hard with jev, Jesse.
poncho- you are on for a full pound and a quarter half with corn, potatoes, steamers and fresh kielbasa.

- madirish0
no shit Greedo!?!
i am soon to be in south portland or Munjoy hill (east end) in less than 60 days. my finacé has generations in the cape.
you go up often?
- GreedoLives0
Her mom bought a house right on the South Portland/Cape E line...she's in the process of moving up there by the end of the summer. They're still renovating the house, so we don't go up that often, but i'm sure once moms is up there full time we'll probably be up twice a month i venture.
Once everyone's settled in, we should hook up for a beah!
