Again I will ask... did mrdobolina get banned from NT? Haven't seen him (especially in political threads) since Thursday of last week.
Anyone know?

There are a lot of people out there that really depend on images to source their opinions. Mostly the far-left. They pull for emotions and they get it even if it means they fake and stage it.

laurus – that first link was pretty interesting, and I'm certainly on board with the idea that the Palestinians are savvy enough to play the media successfully (even though it's not so slick when you see the raw footage)
but isn't the narratotion on that video a bunch of biased BS as well? I see all this faked photography as a real problem, but also a weak and convenient excuse for Westerners who don't want to believe that there's any justification to the broader Palestinian struggle.
"the photos are all faked, so we can discount their misery. those kids aren't really dead, they're posing"

blastofv the problem is it doesn't make any sense. If people are really concerned about kids dying then the first priority would be to support the US and Israel. They are fighting people who use civilians as shields, fake images, and torture their own people. That is where the focus would be. It turns into politics when you begin to blame the victim and isolate the victim as being the one to target the innocent while ignoring the mass murder of innocent from the other side.
It's fashonable to go be anti-american or anti-israel and causes more innocent deaths.

any reasonable person knows where the "good" is. anyone who plays into the other end to show their supposed "unbiased" and "balanced" view is not being honest with themselves and deep down we all know this.

---------------i think it was a goog post.
but all this is nothing new.
"Among the calamities of war may be jointly numbered the diminution of the love of truth, by the falsehoods which interest dictates and credulity encourages."

I'd add that those who think there is a right and a wrong side to this mess are suffering from at least some level of brainwashing from one side or the other
'good'nesss will only come once the weopons are put away

*yawn
Balance please, please, try and come up with a non-political thread for once. All 4 of your PVN topics available for viewing are political - sadly, 'republican' is gone so I can't check those stats.
I'm with blastov - this isn't really the appropriate forum for incessantly expounding your partisan bullshit - most people simply aren't interested.

As an aside - if you haven't seen this topic covered (quite extensively) in the media recently, I'd question what you rely on as sources of 'news'.
