any experiences?
Tips?

make it on your terms. if you are unready, ask them to call you back. nothing like a barking dog, or other distractions to disturb YOUR interview.

Yeah and be social. Don't keep it all business. Mix yourself a drink before you go live if you have to ;).
I actually have one of these myself on Tuesday! Best of luck mate.

good luck to you josh, mine is after work on monday which is the worst day of them all. Maybe i'll take your advice and hit the bottle prior :)

smile. breath. my strategy:
. keep organized notes nearby reminding me of the key points I want to make. I also highlight things on my white board.
. keep portfolio open on screen so I can easily talk through a piece
. keep their web site open in a browser for ease of reference
. ask them questions too. this is a two way interview.
. if they ask you "why them" have a good answer.
good luck.

All good advice.
Except I'm not sure about the "calling back" thing jay mentioned. Because you should be making the interviewer feel like you're accommodating them, while attempting to actually accommodate yourself. Which means doing all the things monkeyshine mentioned.

Be eating an apple. Makes you sound more casual!

monkeyshine speaks well here, imo.
had many, many of these and aside from having all your reference materials available, what is almost more important is knowing what each has, and where to look for items of reference (not 'answers', mind you) as you go. it is similar to those take-home exams we have all had; most of the time it is about being able to reference your notes, more than it is 'looking for answers'.
oh, and mute your computer speakers, and turn off NT and your IM client(s) ; )

Stand up, it helps,
and ummm don't eat an apple!

dress as you would for a normal interview and sit up straight! put a mirror in front of yourself. i know it sounds daft, but it really helps. you want to make sure that you're smiling and presenting yourself just as you would in person. people can hear that in your voice!
