Nearly every day from the 7th grade to my senior year i had the same thing: Pizza Bread Sandwich.
Here's the quickest way (using the oven is also an option)
1. Toast 2 pieces of bread
2. Slather with spaghetti sauce and top each slice with a piece of American cheese
3. Pop into a microwave on High for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes
4. put in freezer on a cooling rack for 2 or 3 min
5. Take out of freezer, put slices together and put into a sandwich bag
You can warm it up if you wish but i (being in school and all) ate it as is, room temp...for 6 yrs- Yes, i realize this post was unnecessary. What of it?locustsloth

Lucky enough to have a pretty fresh cafeteria here. Just got a made-to-order deli sandwich, soup, salad, pickle all for 4 us dollars...

Cook dinner, and then you'll have leftovers that will make everyone jealous.

Couscous with chickpeas & corn, topped with feta.

As Dobs says, just make too much the night before and have for lunch the next day.
- That works sometimes. It depends on the kind of food too. May be too messy for work.Jaline

I have been grilling most nights and bringing in leftovers and eating them in the park.

Make up a pot of Pimenta cheese at home, then buy fresh bread rolls locally and make up your sandwiches when you need.

I need to stop buying my lunch all the time.
Any good ideas for food I can make at home?
Thanks.
