The irony of becoming exactly what they claim to hate is usually completely lost on those who revile Christianity. Le comédie humain.

Here's my crit.
The nav is lame. Needs to be reworked. Clicking "about" doesn't do anything. It should take you to...an about page!
"Community" isn't really a community. Community usually means forum. Clicking the "blog" text opens a new window, which is unexpected. Seems to be the only link that operates in this manner. That sucks, make them all behave the same way.
I think the nav was poorly thought out, especially the menu on only "About" and "Community".
You could have done a better job, clicking one about tab, then having subnav / breadcrumb info text on the about page. "Tell a friend" could be a small sidebar or button (that calls a modal / lightbox) that runs on the entire site.
My $0.02.

IhoMO,
One thing about information-design is making loads of information clear and understandable without efforts or strains for the viewer.
...which might go against the purpose of something vague as bible-stories.
But I dig the challange.
Please, op, sell this product to us. If I can understand the bible, given my short attentionspam of browsing sites, I just might not only give it a try but also be very impressed by your marketing.
So far, though, I feel more compelled to buy that rich-ass app for the iPhone. And I don't even own a phone.
Why? Because it clearly states what I get, and what it means.

How does the NLT version translate and explain this verse I wonder.
3. Ezekiel 23:19-20 NET
Yet she increased her prostitution, remembering the days of her youth when she engaged in prostitution in the land of Egypt. She lusted after their genitals as large as those of donkeys, and their seminal emission was as strong as that of stallions.
