I’m glad Susan Collins believes so strongly in the principle of innocent until proven guilty. I’m guessing she stood by Al Franken when allegations were levelled at him then.
- cuz that photo wasn't damning or disgusting for that matter... but damn those stupid 'allegations'!!PonyBoy
- you mean the photo where he was pretending to grab someone's tits?BusterBoy
- Collins gave a weird speech implying that Kavanaugh is not actually conservative on many issues. Either she is full of shit or what was point of nominating him?yuekit
- Also the line that "I believe Ford but I don't believe Kavanaugh assaulted her" makes zero sense at all.yuekit
- @yuekit she believes Ford was assauted but not by Kavanaugh. Simple. Makes 100% sense.chukkaphob
- Ford named multiple people who Kavanaugh actually was drinking buddies with, who are not famous. She mentioned seeing one of his friends at a grocery storeyuekit
- after the assault, that he actually did work at. Where did she get all those details from, if she is simply misremembering everything?yuekit
- The irony of essentially saying "I believe and support this woman, who by the way is completely delusional", is a bit much.yuekit
- Phil Collins and Al Franken Stein Live at Montreaux Jazz Festival 1978********
- @yuekit her naming people who know him means NOTHING. C'mon now. LOL!chukkaphob
- Details? Either made up (just like her making up hear fear of flying) or recalled from another event where Kavanaugh and the 4 "witnesses" were NOT present.chukkaphob
- Not a single of the 4 "witnesses" corraborated her story. Plus, she couldn't tell how she got there or how she left or where it happened or in what year! C'monchukkaphob
- @chukkaphob Why are you so convinced it's impossible that it happened? Just because douchebag fratboy Kavanaugh and his friend who was involved denied it? lolyuekit
- If it did happen, they would every incentive to deny it. So that's not particularly convincing to me.yuekit
- Of course, it's possible she made the whole thing up and is lying. But the idea that she actually was assaulted, but misremembered who assaulted her and namedyuekit
- a completely different person, seems ridiculous. It's politicians trying to have it both ways.yuekit
- Ford was assaulted by someone. She then attached that experience onto Kavanaugh. Because she wanted to block his nomination. Simple.chukkaphob
- I do believe her that she was assaulted (and I feel for her for that!) But I do not believe her that she was assaulted by Kavanaugh.chukkaphob
- Why do you believe she was assaulted if you also think she is making it up? Makes no sense at all.yuekit
- It's a bullshit politician answer. "I believe the women" but I also need to vote for the guy my party nominated. You can't really be that naive chukka.yuekit
- Notice that Trump just came out and said the whole thing was a hoax (not mistaken identity). So your side doesn't even try to be consistent with their BS.yuekit
- OK, this is becoming exhausting. I don't think you're even reading what I write. LOL. I never said she's making up the part about being assaulted. I'm done herechukkaphob
- I was asking what convinced you she was assaulted at all if you don't believe the rest of her story. Pretty simple question :)yuekit
- 1. In 2012 she talked to her psychiatrist about *A* sexual assault
2. Passed a lie detector test about *A* sexual assaultchukkaphob - 3. Her body language during her testimony reveals sincere recount of *A* sexual assault
4. Upfront, I believe people until I have a reason not to :)chukkaphob - She also told people back then that it was Kavanaugh. Multiple people have confirmed this.yuekit
- Of course we'll never know 100% the truth, but the fact that Trump's people didn't allow the FBI to question Kavanaugh himself speaks volumes.yuekit
- And according to them, the reason for this is that it wouldn't be helpful to his nomination. LOL!yuekit
- "She also told people back then that it was Kavanaugh. Multiple people have confirmed this." NOPE.chukkaphob
- The FBI didn't need to question Kavanaugh; he already testified to the senate. Under penalty of felony. Kavanaugh told the senate what he would tell the FBIchukkaphob
- Her husband and friends signed sworn statements saying that she told them she was assaulted by Kavanaugh and "a federal judge" years ago.yuekit
- https://www.thedaily…yuekit
- On the FBI inquiry... "McGahn told the President a wide-ranging inquiry would be potentially disastrous for for Judge Kavanaugh’s chances of confirmation"yuekit
- https://www.nytimes.…yuekit
- I won't even click on the "https://www.thedail... link! LMAO!chukkaphob
- Disastrous because of the timing. A lenghthy investigation would have put the nomination past the midterms . And that was exactly the dems' agenda here...chukkaphob
- ...who sat on leaking this until the 11th hour , instead of calling for an FBI investigation in July when they first heard of this.chukkaphob
- You're grasping at straws.chukkaphob
- What's wrong with the Daily Beast link? You don't want to read a story that proves you wrong? haha cmonyuekit
- An FBI interview of Kavanaugh would have taken maybe 2 hours. The midterms are still a month away.yuekit
- Let's be real, he didn't want an interview because he couldn't bullshit and evade his way through an FBI interrogation the way he did at the hearings.yuekit
- LOL! *yawn*chukkaphob
- FBI will ask the questions until they actually get answers. You can't just repeat "I LIKE BEER, DO U LIKE BEER" to an FBI agent :)yuekit

What would it take to go full leftist in today's world?Assuming the industrial monopoly on the planet's social structure is allowing this, I would want these basic amenities as a global citizen:
• Organic meals
• Comfy room & board
• wi-fi & hdmi screen
• electricity
• libraries
• free schooling up to masters degree
• access to a garden
• parks & natural preserves
• full health benefits, prescriptions & dental
• full mental health & psych visits
• a solar powered vehicle or bicycle
• game console & laptop
• smartphone
• basic clothes
• basic incomeThese would be the basic amenities every citizen would be entitled to in the industrialized sectors of the world that would be willing to support it. This would not affect the democratic process of the country in any way or any of the branches of government.
The basis for taxation would be to heavily tax carbon footprints. So resources would be heavily pulled back and be forced to be used as efficiently as possible, including energy resources and chemical usage. Want to live in excess and/or pollute the planet with your usage? Be prepared to pay up the ass.

Such an interesting story.
"Examining records for the Trump domain, Max’s group discovered D.N.S. lookups from a pair of servers owned by Alfa Bank, one of the largest banks in Russia. Alfa Bank’s computers were looking up the address of the Trump server nearly every day. There were dozens of lookups on some days and far fewer on others, but the total number was notable: between May and September, Alfa Bank looked up the Trump Organization’s domain more than two thousand times."
- Math haven't seen u in awhile. Does the story come with cliffnotes or just click bait. From the title it seems to try with the russia narrative.********
- The last portion a usual wrap on narrative and safety says its all speculative and maybe evidence will come forth with investigation.********
- So its an entertaining piece, BUT it is that. For what it is.********
- More leads (not so good under testimony) about high school weird sexual assault than any real russia collusion. being he is a spy or helping********
- the people who see pizzagate and trump russia collusion i dont think are far off.********
- oh deathboy, still holding out that your boy, Trump, is somehow gonna come out of this unscathed I seemonospaced
