President Biden pardoned his son Hunter, proving once again that democrats are no different than republicans. Politicans are corrupt elite, no reason to vote for any of them.
Biden is doing this despite the fact that he knows it will cost future votes for his party. It will give legs to Trump and future Republicans. It opens the door for Trump to pardon all the J6 prisoners.
Is Hunter innocent? Let the courts decide. What was it, illegal guns? The president talking about his son like he’s some kind of political prisoner is laughable.
Doesn’t matter what you think about the real issues. Biden is pardoning his son at the expense of the country. Shameful.
- Fucking liberals!palimpsest
- It probably won’t change voting patterns in 4 yearsmonospaced
- Also, federal judges are pardoning Trump for Jan 6 at the expense of the country. Shameful. But, Biden booo hoo.monospaced
- ^ typical loyalist, in with the whataboutisms and excuses********
- I just wish Democrats would admit they’re no different. It’s like when Christians claim to be righteous and benevolent then voting for concentration camps.********
- Trump had toilet paper stuck under his shoe.palimpsest
- future votes? no-one outside of yapping politicos with flip-top heads and too much time on their hands will give a shit about Biden's boy in two years time.face_melter
- christ, Joe will be a total fucking dribbling bag of dust within 18 months - he won't even remember has has kids.face_melter
- exactly, this isn't the blow to the DNC you're making it out to be, and my point is that it's nothing in comparison to what the next president is getting away wmonospaced
- It’s unjust xorruption. and Trump can and will use it as an excuse to pardon whomever he likes. Don’t complain when he does it.********
- *corruption********
- Trump had looooooong ago said he would be making massive pardons of the J6 "heroes". Your desperation to get the cart in front of the horse is palpable, enbietheonlyengineerhere
- Trump says a lot of things********
- Now he has almost no choice but to pardon them********
- ffs, Trump basically made himself immune as president, and here you are whining about Biden's son, who never has or ever will have an officemonospaced
- Also, your arguments don’t hold weight when they start with “Trump is/was/will...”********
- If Hunter was somehow involved in something that actually affected this country, democracy or the people, it might be comparable.monospaced
- I am arguing that Biden is no different, no better than. With your comparison to Trump (worst Repub. ever), you prove my point.********
- So he got busted partying and buying a gun on drugs, which is basically what the right considers pure patriotism.monospaced
- How is Hunter Biden the same as the ACTUAL PRESIDENT conducting an attempted attack on democracy and paying pornstars with campaign funds?monospaced
- I’m not proving any point of yours. lol.monospaced
- Not talking about Hunter’s actions. Talking about Joe Biden, the Actual President, pardoning his fuckup kid...********
- ...after promising that he wouldn’t do it, because he knows how it would be seen. A fuck you to justice and the rule of law.********
- You can twist yourself into a pretzel while you make excuses for it, but deep down you know its wrong.********
- lol acting like Trump wasn't going to pardon J6 until Biden pardoned Hunter. Gullible AF.mathinc

This shooting could be a great awakening.
We'll see it isn't left vs right, but top vs bottom.
it's not black vs white, red vs blue, stay vs exit, Israeli vs Palestinian, Russian vs Ukrainian, Muslim vs Christian.
it's the 1% vs the rest of us.
Their motherfucking time's up.

- Russia attacked Ukraine in 2014.
Russia made threats of using nuclear weapons ever since, multiple times at multiple levels.sted - The Russian perspective is that there can't be a United Europe, NATO must be disarmed, and the US needs a civil war.sted
- Everything Russia has done in the past 15 years has served these goals exclusively.sted
- Harassing diplomats, hostile takeover of media and energy companies, discrediting western media, buying politicians, supporting illegal migration.sted
- There are many topics that could be written /reported about, instead of glorifying the aggressor.sted
- Russia also made my bus late this morning, causes 3ds Max crash all the time, and made the last Deafheaven album a load of old pony.face_melter
- bus driver was drunk on vodka, your pirated 3ds-max has a petya malware, yeah thanks to those circles.sted
- There is a lot of evidence on what I wrote earlier, just somehow these "journalists" don't care to integrate them into their reports...sted

- @Khurram i think you forgot that half of Europe was under Russian aggression for 50 years. It was an alliance what only the motherland enjoyed.sted
- the satellite countries were robbed, people deported to gulags, and for example if a Russian raped a woman she had to keep the child.sted

I find it amusing but entirely predictable that the people who want to blame Gavin Newsom for things that certainly happened downstream from his role as governor, within city or county government or fire management in LA, because he's the top state leader, would never hold Trump responsible for a single thing that happened downstream from him as president.
If the LA fires are proving on thing, it's the infinite myopia and hypocrisy of people who are entirely incapable of thinking for themselves.

- I'm not at all fond, however, of the fact they (along with Progressive Int'l) didn't condemn Russian imperialism or support Ukraine's right to sovereignty.Continuity
- Also, the goal of non-alignment didn't work the first time around, and it won't the second time.Continuity
- ideas like this can morph into anything basically. on first glance they seem ok, but who knows what will emerge from it.renderedred
- i member the non-alignment movement first time around. ;)renderedred
- Ah yeah, being Serb, you were technically 'part of it'.
Non-alignment really only works when there's nothing to align with, I think.Continuity - Which sounds obvious and pedantic, but it's true. So long as their are poles in the world, and we need to pick sides.Continuity
- I'm a Yugoslavian my friend I still present myself as such. For us non-alignment was a source of pride. I thought and still do that it is a wonderful idea, butrenderedred
- 'on first glance they seem ok, but who knows what will emerge from it.' <— also true. The portential for perversion of those ideas will always remain.Continuity
- execution is the key. You need very strong leaders like Tito, Castro, Nehru, and so on for it to hold at least.renderedred

- 'I thought and still do that it is a wonderful idea' <— it's not that I disagree with you on the idea of it. As you said, execution is key. The thing is, thoughContinuity

- And, actually, not just the least gro-political power, but also little economic power comparatively.Continuity
- I think I'd rather align myself until someone finally figures out how we can truly stop having to do so, and everyone goes all-in with that plan.Continuity

Congrats to the Libertarians they finally gained the White House!
ok not quite but between rogan and musk and RFK and others this is the most Libertarian it's ever been, it's definitely not the Republican Party we all know and don't love.
Ok, so more of a Libertarian with a sprinkling of Fascism for good measure.
- oops, forgot about the oligarchy too_niko
- I'm no Libertarian but I absolutely hate the other 2 parties, fuck 'emYakuZoku
- authoritarianism is the word you're looking for. only thing Trump, Musk etc. have in common with Libertarianism is questionable attitudes to age of consent lawsface_melter
- lol indeed, should have said self-styled libertarians_niko
