Meanwhile:
A story is growing in Hungary, I just leave the current public highlights:Politicians
Whores
Coke
and an election.
The major of one of the largest cities on a yacht with whores and coke.
The yacht belongs to the biggest oligarch who grew faster than Zuckerberg, and basically owns all the strategic media, telco, power, companies and some extras in Hungary. (all that in 6 years! :)
One of the girls:
The face of a government organization that protects women
Also a stewardess on the private jet of that oligarch. And a side story about the major of Budapest and Scarlett Johansson:
https://hungarianfreepress.com/2…They used her for a political campaign with a lie, and she knows now :)
These people are all Christian Conservative Democrats
(almostlike republicans). Saying that the opposite side majors will move in illegal immigrants if they get elected but they also steal, cheat, lie and get paid by Soros :D...I'm watching this from a distance and it gets more surreal every day: On the official state channels the daily news are always about how great everything is, and the EVIL west (currently the EU and SOROS :) wants import terrorists, and is attacking Hungary because we want to protect Europes Christian values. I am getting goosebumps because these are like communist newscasts from my childhood.
As an extra I just learned that there is 1 television, 1 radio station, 2 newspapers in Budapest, 1 nationwide, 2 web based news outlets what aren't tied to the government in some way.

The U.S. Government issued Executive Order 13884, the practical effect of which is to prohibit almost all transactions and services between U.S. companies, entities, and individuals in Venezuela. To remain compliant with this order, Adobe is deactivating all accounts in Venezuela.

What's the word from Europe about the Kurds being attacked by Turkey?
Sounds to me like this would be a good time to show some leadership since the orange guy is too scared to fight.
- The treaty of lausanne, which caused big part of this mess will have it's 100th anniv. In 2023. It can be changed only by war and new treaty.robotron3k
- This is only the start, populist will state the treaty will expire and drive the point more about a Kurdish Homeland. It was smart to get out of there... irobotron3k
- I do agree, now that Great Britain is soon single & available, might be a good time to bring back a lil' good old-fashioned British colonialism.robotron3k
- Kurds are not being attacked. Its the kurdish militants, formerly PKK terror org. with a new label YPG to fight ISIS armed by the US and left there.Beeswax
- Western media is trying to label this as a campaign against Kurds but the only legitimate Kurdish government in N.Iraq is fighting these YPG militants as well.Beeswax
- Read before succumbing to Turkophobic sentiment. https://bit.ly/2pKnv…Beeswax
- ‘Turkphobic’ ? LolGnash
- erdogan is a maniac and would happily wipe out all the Kurds if he thought he could get away with itGnash
- That fucker needs a short leashGnash
- The only reason Kurds got USA backing was because erdogan would rather watch isis wipe out the Kurds and then move in when the dust settledGnash
- That’s why he let isis use the selectively porous borderGnash
- You think Kurds are more expansionist that egodog? Think again.Gnash
- Obama should never have intervened in the first place, and trump just condemned the the Kurds. But don’t pretend that egodog is just protecting turkey.Gnash
- be it a gun or a crayon in a Kurd’s hand, erdogan will happily erase eitherGnash
- Despite hating Erdogan he restored the rights of Kurdish citizens of Turkey. Of course that turned as kurdish votes to him but still far from your clueless rantBeeswax
- You’re right, he’s a great guy. All the bestGnash
- Man you do talk some absolute nonsense sometimes Gnash. Yeah, you're right, he wants to commit a Kurdish genocide and eat their babies *eye roll*Khurram
- Drink deepGnash
- meh been attacked for years. they weren't the initial reason in syria and we shouldn't be into it.********
- allthethings3
- saw this on FB. why would greenpeace dive into this issue?sarahfailin
- This issue is being blown up ridiculously in the west and portrayed as a humanitarian crisis unfairly. Turkey has over 3.5 million refugees already.Beeswax
- more than any other nation.Beeswax
- Its not a war that we started but we had to deal with all the mess. And now with US leaving the area theres about 100.000 heavily armed men with expansionistBeeswax
- ideals. Not only into Turkey but to the Kurdistan Regional Government and other autonomous Kurdish areas as well. So its more like Turkey vs YPG vs KurdsBeeswax
- Despite all the backlash against Trump this proxy war has been started by Obama. Trump did the only right move by pulling the US troops out of that hell.Beeswax
- And this is the aftermath of arming random bunch of people around the world. There were other ways to clean ISIS.Beeswax
- Also the YPG are hardcore Marxists so that might be why Greenpeace is getting involved. https://www.wsj.com/…Beeswax
- He did the best thing? Nobody is saying that. Like, nobody not even Fox News nobody. Not even robo says that.monospaced
- Oh contrere mon frere, the Kurds, Turkey, Syrians have zero to do with democracy, USA shouldn't risk no lives there.robotron3k
- How quick you change your story. You said the opposite earlier today.monospaced
- id go with beeswax on this as a real opinion close to the source********
- our media like fox hardy covers he issues. I personally cant state where the "kurds" lie vs every fuckin middle east group********
- dont have to agree with bees but i think his opinion is stronger than ours. i have no idea if trump trying to game election promises or if something more to it********
- i appreciate the non US big bother needed aspect. but i also know we created a lot of the issues. and pulling out may have negs********
- but really not our problem, but goes back to simple petrodollar, and EU relationships (looking at you france)********
- I met some joiners who had been in the Turkish army, they really hated the Kurds and had photos with the heads of the Kurds they'd decapitatedPhanLo
- They did a good job of my mates bathroom and kitchen.PhanLo
- Still think the Kurdish women fighters have more balls than most of the men in that region.PhanLo
- Lindsay Graham caring about the wellbeing of Communist guerilla in syria? C'mon now. AIPAC tools in DC is crying...Beeswax
- The issue is the backstabbing and treachery by trump. Unforgivable what he did to a friend and ally. The last circle of hell is reserved for people like him_niko
- turkey might have enjoyed a little support before by branding the Kurds terrorists, now they’ve lost even that. Zero credibility and backing_niko
- And all Erdogan had to do was promise to build one of trumps retarded children a hotel or two in Constantinople._niko
- I agree. This was the best move Trump pulled in his presidency. Get your troops the fuck out of there. No surprised all the Republican hawks are up in arms.Khurram
- US has little vested interest there. Kurds didn't help the US defeat ISIS. The US helped the KURDS. Oh and Russians, Iranians, Syrians and Iraqis might also...Khurram
- ... have had something to do with the defeat of the caliphate. A fact that seems to get lost in the narrative being created hereKhurram

- < great photoshop skillzjaylarson
- /sjaylarson
- if it was a good move, then why was it in direct contradiction to his promise to them? I mean, if the promise was bad, nobody said a damn thing.monospaced
- I agree removing troops is a good thing, but leaving them hanging out to dry like that is a dick move. That's what's got people upset. It's bad relations.monospaced
- If he had said that he would remove the troops and they'd be on their own, that might have been a good thing. And not on Twitter, ffs.monospaced
- lol @ deathboyutopian
- we were never in syria for the kurds. we went for our own reasons based on gas attacks. they have been battling for awhile and neither********
- have a squeaky clean past. Just because they joined up with us for self interests doesn't mean we cant back out********
- now theyre dealing deals with assad vs turkey. We really need to quit the protectionist shit.********

Lawyer John Dowd responded to impeachment probe in Comic Sans. Even the font’s creator cringed.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/a…
Vincent Connare designed the flippant font for a long-forgotten operating system, Microsoft Bob, that was intended to provide a user-friendly interface for Microsoft 95. Looking at “Rover,” who guided users through speech bubbles, Connare had the realization that led to Comic Sans: “Dogs don’t talk in Times New Roman!”
But do lawyers? Connare, who describes his creation both as “my one-hit wonder” and “the best joke I ever told,” didn’t think so. He found Dowd’s use of Comic Sans “very funny,” he said in an interview on Wednesday. Ironically enough, he thought Times New Roman was required for legal filings. (In fact, some courts distribute lists of acceptable fonts. Comic Sans is usually not one of them.)
In response to a Washington Post inquiry, Dowd said in an email — typed out in Comic Sans — that he loves the font.

1/One of my favorite characters in the Book of Acts is a Pharisee named Gamaliel. There’s a big fight going on about who’s righteous. Some of the clerics are getting hot enough to put wrong thinkers to death...
2/When Gamaliel -- “a teacher of the law held in honor by all the people,” got up to talk, he looked at the oh so righteous ones and said, “You might even be found opposing God!”
3/Right now, we have a barely sane monster of greed and lust leading America.
4/Trump was brought to us courtesy of White Evangelicals. He is lewd, crude, and rude. He lies non-stop, has been accused by 43 women of sexual assault, aligns with cruel despots world wide, abuses and shames our own soldiers. He has a Borgia-level streak of depravity.
5/Yet rallies of White Evangelicals swoon over him because he is, according to his devotees, “so authentic”.
6/I say to my fellow White Evangelicals what Gamaliel said to the self-righteous of his day, “You might even be found opposing God!”
7/Except, I think, in this case we can delete the “might”. You will be found opposing God. Yes, you the pious. What in God’s name are you doing supporting this lawless man?
8/I’ve spent every week for the past 45 years studying the Scriptures, writing and speaking about them to thousands of people. I’ve done mission work in Africa, Central America and Asia, tended congregations large and small in the Midwest and Northeast...
9/All my experiences with the actual texts of Holy Scripture tell me -- “Watch out! Do not follow this man! He is a force of destruction, a revelation of what is wrong in this age.”
10/ The problem isn’t Democrats; the problem isn’t Hillary or other ‘uppity women’; the problem isn’t ‘inferior people’ coming in and ruining the population; the problem isn’t the secularism of the age...
11/Doubtless we all have plenty of room for improvement, and always will have. The problem in this moment is the dishonoring of liberty, and the dishonoring of the sacred and imperishable Gospel.
12/That problem, the dishonoring of two sacred inheritances, is being imposed on the world by the Trump Administration, the Republican Party, and the White Evangelical Church.
13/For this spiritual disaster we White Evangelicals have no one to blame but ourselves. The truth is that mobsters like Trump and Guiliani and Putin saw through our masks to the greed lying within, and figured out how easily they could get us to betray what we say we believe.
14/ As Jesus told us, “You cannot serve both God and Mammon.”
15/ Repentance is in order. We White Evangelicals have, in fact, been found to be opposing God.
