Since I do this for a living, I thought I'd apply it to a venture I'm in.
I put it together last night from a PSD > HTML. I don't think it will break anywhere including outlook 2007.
Crit my template, the message, etc.
Subject Line: It's about Time.
Also, disregard the date in the email, I'll change that when I actually launch it.
cheers.

I like the way you've dealt with the transition from black to blue in the header, but it all feels a bit flat otherwise. It's not offensive in any way, it just doesn't tickle, y'know? Not very 'stylish'. What does that geometric rainbow thing and the lollypop have to do with a 'beauty roster'?
I'm seeing blue underlines beneath the Featured Members' names.
I'd expect the graphic fonts you've used to all match, or at least be compatible with each other.

Nice template, just a few pointers:
1) The file size for the header is way to big, when I do mailers I always try and keep the header or main image down to 35k, sure if you have ADSL it doesn't matter but not everyone wants to download the images, so if they download quicker then you have a better chance, also it will save you time if you have to send them out.
2) I always validate my mailers to make sure they pass the w3, this is good practice and your success rate for sending non SPAM emails.
3) The code is fine, you did it the right way! :)
Nice one!
- Also add ALT tags to your images for people that block images.OhYeah

@OhYeah
the images will be hosted on my server, I don't know if that impacts the send rate any... thanks I will optimize the header.also, I think I added alt text for all the images... hmm...
re: the code... I do QA on every email client/platform available. Even stupid ass Lotus Notes, so I basically code email with best practices in mind. :D

@Nairn
I see what you are saying now. The headers to the body text are in a different font... I probably should make that Decker too.thanks!
