ETM - Your assessment of Calgary and E-town is bang on. I've lived in both cities and thought it was always funny how dumpy Edmonton is considering how much oil wealth they have.
and Richmond just reminds of an Edmonton with trees.....

i have to agree with mg33. it's a toss up between gary and rockford but i think rockford takes the cake. my best man just got married in rockford back in august at their arboretum which was surprisingly nice, except for the fact that the local inbred hillbilly swine built a makeshift dirtbike track right just off the arboretum property, so all fucking day we heard them zipping around. for the rehearsal dinner we had to drive across town to the only half decent restaurant in the city, which unfortunately took us through the heart of the slummy shitehole known as downtown rockford. i've never seen so many burned out houses in a block.

- the main road through rockford (rt. 20) is 80% burned out houses and abandoned buildings. the main friggin street. ahahkona
