I basically only drink beer, however, I'm known to drink Jameson's as well.
Also, I'm making boilo this weekend, however, I usually use pretty cheap whiskey for that, haha.

When referred to Scottish Whisky it's without the E if referred to the Irish Whiskey it's with the E.

I am trying so hard to track the Edradour down in town. I had it at a bar with a Scotch flight a couple weeks ago and it blew me away. Smelled like liquid smoke and went down with a nice banana taste. Unreal.
