They are fine. You just have to know how to communicate with them. Only way to acquire that is experience.

Are looking for somebody to help you find work? like a staffing/recruiting agency?
If a staffing agency finds a job for you, the employer will pay the staffing agency, the staffing agency takes a massive cut (30-50%), and then the staffing agency pays you. In the case of say hourly contract work.
Mind you, they won't tell you what their cut is and they'll say, you don't pay us anything, the client (employer) pays us. Which is sort of true but not really. If you found the job on you own, some/all of that money could have been going to you.
- Although, this is true. Employers pay a premium to hire a person through a staffing agency. It's not necessarily what they would pay you if you had contacted them directly.MISTERKIJI

Hard to get work when you are outside the country since VISA will be hard to get approved.
Headhunters say there arent jobs in the city but some outside the city.
I can refer you to some but they will say there is nothing out there right now. And most agencies dont need to use headhunters since most of people now a days just apply directly.

Right that's what i thought guys. I'm just doing a little research to think about all the possibilities. usually i find jobs on my own, and never had any problems. But is always good to know how things works and how people work.
Thanks again!

I worked with numerous headhunters in L.A.
They got me quite a bit of work, and only cost me one job (two were both trying to hire me) .....Pay is decent, and they usually have really good connections. I'd reccomend contacting match creative talent
