make sure she likes it that big.
I did that for a friend couple and to this day I have never seen that photo up on the wall. hahaha.and I know they liked the photo, I think they just felt akward to be on the wall that big

personally i'd do a small print with a large white matte/ black frame... more classy and appropriate for this kinda image.

no glossy or canvas. get a nice matte/lustre print and frame it.

I've worked for a printer that specialized in doing this type of work. The glossy is going to give you far better color than anything else, especially considering it's probably going to be large format inkjet. The canvas is going to dull the blues in that a lot. Same thing for the matte options. If it's a small/local printer, ask if they can print you a little sample on the paper you're leaning towards. I used to print little 5" samples to show customers color accuracy on the edge of others jobs that used the same stock if the customer wasn't in a giant rush. I won't guarantee they'll do it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
