The story of Mies van der Rohe's iconic Farnsworth House is set for the silver screen, with Oscar-winning actor Jeff Bridges set to play the famous modernist architect.
The feature film will follow the relationship between Van der Rohe and his client, Chicago nephrologist Edith Farnsworth, during the design and construction of the glass-box dwelling.
The movie does not yet have a release date, but Bridges is confirmed to play Van der Rohe, while Maggie Gyllenhaal has been chosen for the role of Farnsworth.

I haven't ben in many of his buildings but the ones I have been are wonderful.Gnash - His team is amazing. The experiential nature of his buildings gets overlooked in the snazziness. They really are some great buildings to experience.formed

- Gehry's buildings are pretty practical, with a shiny skin on it. Hadid went a little more crazy all the way through.formed
