Thousands of small businesses are going to go under and probably take small property management companies and landlords (etc) with them, while the corporate infrastructure of large businesses and multinationals will continue to exist six, nine or twelve months from now. They'll fire thousands of workers and be in a position to hire them back later (likely with government help that will never need to be repaid), while there will be no trace left of the small businesses—the owners will be forced to move on and work elsewhere, their staff will be out of work and take whatever they can get, the property and such will be auctioned off and spaces left to sit vacant (lots of places slashed taxes for vacant commercial space).

My sister and brother-in-law opened an award-winning restaurant a year ago (the anniversary was last week), and had to fire all the staff the other day. It's now just my b-i-l in the kitchen cooking for delivery, but they don't know day to day whether they should be ordering supplies and keep going, whether financial aid will kick in, etc.

    • As a small business owner myself, I have faith that the small guy is resilient and will rebuild. I personally don't see myself ever going to work for a big guytoemaas

^ People. Five minutes of research.

    - CEO of Disney
Man is almost 70 years old and filthy rich, I would have stepped back also.
    - CEO of Microsoft
    No? Nadella is still here
    - CEO of Hulu
Hulu is owned by Disney, with D+ they will let Hulu die
    - CEO of IBM
Announced in January, not much to do with Corona, eh?
    - CEO of Linkedin
Still remains in the company, that man has done enough for the company
    - CEO of Uber Etas
Classic exit strategy business, as per usual on overrated whacky tech startups. This is a simple bicycle delivery company, folks!
    - CEO of Salesforce
    Still in business, since 2001
    - CEO of eBay
Is an interimsmanager since 2019 and still in business
    - CEO of MGM
Gave notice in Feb, 12th. Was CEO since 2008. Now he leads a response team to fight corona
    - CEO of Nestle
No, still in business since 2017.
    - CEO of Volkswagen
No, still in business since 2018
    - CEO of MasterCard
No, still in business since 2010

The list then proceeds to repeat itself. Stop spreading bullshit. List is false information and full of shit. Don't know what kind of low human being feels the need to produce such shit.

WILL THE COMING RECESSION BE AS BAD OR WORSE THAN THE GREAT DEPRESSION?
