dude, this is fucked up. if something goes REALLY bad, they don't even have where to run

fill me in.
whats the worst that can happen reactor meltdown wise? 10 mile radius of heavy radioactivity? 20, 30?Wasnt the big problem with Chernobyl that it exploded skyward and threw nuclear fuel and also far more dangerous fission products (thanks wiki) into the air and onto the surround area, also creating a radioactive cloud.
i imagine that wont happen in japan, surely the reactor is far more sophisticated.
- problem with Chernobyl was it burned the fuel uncontrolled..autoflavour
- Chernobyl also didn't have a containment dome surrounding the reactor. No containment of release.ghandolf
- However if the fuel melts through the bottom of the reactor vessel into the earth... that's a big problem.ghandolf
- Unit 3's fuel, contains plutonium. The half-life of decay for that is 24,000 years.ghandolf
- Chernobyl didn't have containment vessels.ETM

i do not agree with the video title. i do not yet have an opinion on haarp.Hombre_Lobo - Why do you spread this bullshit?ernexbcn
- are there other examples of these wave clouds?********
- well, those clouds are exactly at the ionosphere, "test area" of HAARP's fequency wavesPixter
- reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.c…Pixter
- I have no idea if they are related.Pixter

@ernexbcn (note above)
"Why do you spread this bullshit?"firstly, you calling it bullshit when you clearly don't understand it in its entirety and complexity, much like myself, seems more like bullshit to me.
why is it bullshit, because it is new information to you?
i didnt say i agree with it, i didnt say its 100% truthful. i posted it on the net so that others may see it.
try not to get your knickers in a twist player.
- Are you suggesting HAARP created the earthquake? because this is an earthquake threadernexbcn
- That's where the bullshit part comes into play here.ernexbcn
- Pay attention, I'll repeat for the third time...'i do not agree with the content of the video, I do not have an opinion of haarp...Hombre_Lobo
- ...I'm merely sharing something on the Internet...'

I'm not agreeing with the HAARP clouds vid above but I would be surprised if the wide use of weather modification technologies around the world are NOT having a negative impact on our fragile earth.
Although the use of the this technology for war is banned who knows what the consequences of the 'experimentations' are? I'm sure they're going to tell everyone if they did happen to be the cause of a disaster.HAARP seems to me like the perfect weapon and search device, I guess that's why military organisations around the world are investing billions of dollars into this technology.
Personally from what I have found, the potential of the HAARP device/s and what it can do the world scares me. Let's hope that the people who control this power have the environment and humankind's best interests at heart.
- Anyone who would develop a weapon like HAARP is supposed to be, would never have humankind in heartautoflavour
- it would be nothing but destruction and chaos for their own personal benefit, or that of their mastersautoflavour
- HAARP is also a good technology for keeping track of solar storms and suchali

Dogs are amazing
- BusterBoy0
^^ amazing vid. A friend of mine had two dogs that were from the same litter. One was scrawny, the other fit and strong. After 3 years the scrawny one died...2 weeks later, the strong one died as well for no apparent reason...other than loneliness.
- That's rather lovely :)
I'm not being sarcastic either.Hombre_Lobo

- I thought a skeleton crew of 50 remain.ETM
- no, they just said ALL personal have been evacuated. a reading of above 1000millsieverts was detectedautoflavour
- I hate to say this, but i dont believe the Japanese officials are telling the people the whole storyautoflavour

"Between Units 3 and 4, Japanese authorities said they had measured radiation dose rates of up to 400 millisieverts-per-hour, IAEA reported. That's equivalent to about 2,000 chest x-rays per hour, the agency said on its website. "This is a high dose-level value, but it is a local value at a single location and at a certain point in time,"
