Yeah, I'd throw in heights with the other two actually. Not flying, or in a tall building.
More like on the top of a tall building near the edge or a cliff.

I use to think I had a phobia of Roaches but I think that was more as a child I was traumatized by the movie Creepshow and the scene called: "They're Creeping Up on You!" in which a guy gets overrun by roaches in his apartment. I still hate them, and I cringe when I see them on TV, but truth is I haven't really seen a big nasty roach in a long time so I can't really say it's an issue anymore. However I think I have developed a new fear of heights as I've gotten older. I've gone hiking a number of times with friends and found my self terrified of getting close to a big cliff. Sometimes I will get in the fast lane if I'm driving over a tall bridge on the freeway in order not to see the edge to my right.
