Comcast owns Clear, hahaha.

i guess it would depend on the specifics of what they have registered. If part of their unique trademark is the dimensional green sphere then thats prob infringement because they are a competitor selling a similar product. Too close.

So now Sony Ericsson is the only company that can use a green circle with a swooshy shape in it?
Well, OK
- they are in the same business section. if clearview was magazine or something else. they wouldn't have a case.akrokdesign

What the heck is Clearwire?
I guess everything is going according to plan for Clearwire.

I think they have a point and its an excellent way of ruining their competition. If you look at the brief they use it in the exact same way as the sony logo on the phone, same context. a green spherical logo with a white swirl and the reflection is the same too. clearly infringing on some territory.

They are both extremely stupid. I mean look at those logos. What is that? What the fuck is that!?

Seems absurd to me.

I think the judge should make Sony pay for Clearwire's legal fees and for wasting the courts time.

I for one agree with Sony Ericsson,
and just not because I often work for them.

The one on the right looks better. It's less complicated.
