Nelson Edward is his name. Nelson was my grandfathers last name (my mothers maiden name) and Edward is my father in-laws and my other grandpa first name.
I was thinking of calling him "Nels" for short and I only knew of one Nels which is the guitar player of Wilco one of my wife and my favorite bands... then a few months ago when we decided on that nickname my mom told me that was my great grandfathers name, Nels Nelson. Those swedes are pretty original with their names.
