But Facebook is so deeply implemented everywhere, it's very hard to create a new social network that can actually work. All our friends are on Facebook and all business, movies, music bands, network, - everything! - have a Facebook page and we follow all this on Facebook. I tried to follow all I wanted on G+ and many stuff iam following on Facebook are not on G+ ...

That's true. I am not a fan of either, really. BUT Facebook continues to change the rules. Friend's that are photographers that rely on FB for business (and have for years ) are now finding they can't reach anyone (the 3-4% of your "Likes" that see your posts, unless you promote). That (could be) a game changer.
Why Google is so quiet (also with the moto x) is beyond me, but they are making so much cash they can simply, quietly, improve their products.
Facebook is already seeing the youth go elsewhere. If there is any large movement, it could kill them. Might not happen, who knows.
What I do know is Facebook is uselss for b2b business (at least for my company and competitors), but G+ tied to YouTube and search is a valuable tool. So, like it or not, you need a presence there (Facebook you need a page, but that's all, no one is looking there, its too casual).
I am just guessing, but that's what I know my business needs to do, so I assume I am not the only one. This is all within the last month or so, let's see in 6 months.

^^ I use google+ mostly the same way, except it has the added benefit of filtering what I want to read. If your tired of seeing pet, kid and food posts then push those people to a "domestic" circle and filter them out. When your ready to view them again pull down the "domestic" circle and get your fill.
One bad thing I have noticed is the "what's hot" section used to be filled with intelligent posts about art, science, interesting articles etc... but as of late has been overrun with teenage girls posting inspirational messages and "can you relate" posts. I find I'm looking there less and less.
- you know you can filter people too on Facebook? You can click "dont shows post from ''name'' "benfal99

I gave a real shot at using Google+ since a few days now and I must admit G+ is way better than Facebook! I really like it. The interface, the options, the way things work is super nice.
I added everything i was following on Facebook on G+
I also like it because it's more like a contact with the World when you connect to Communities. It's cool. Also, my aunts and mom are not over there! :)Anyone using it on a regular basis?

Trying to. Facebook is a complete waste of time, business wise.
