The latest on that fucked up couple who tortured their children in California.
Turns out they're originally from Texas. Their old Texas house was apparently in such bad condition -- covered with excrement and the bathroom floor rotted out -- that they moved into a doublewide trailer behind the house before the house was foreclosed on and they moved to California.
Billy Baldwin (the worst Baldwin) bought their old house. No lie.

Starbucks to increase wages, improve benefits for 150K employees
http://www.foxbusiness.com/marke…
Starbucks said Wednesday it will increase wages and enact other perks for more than 150,000 U.S. employees as a direct result of recent tax reform, joining other corporations in rewarding workers.
The Seattle-based coffee chain is giving all of its U.S.-based hourly and salaried workers an unspecified raise in April, in addition to a wage increase already dispersed earlier in the Starbucks’ fiscal year, which began last October. Starbucks says it is investing roughly $120 million in the wage increases.
Starbucks is also awarding workers stock grants worth a total of more than $100 million to those employed by the chain as of Jan. 1, 2018. Retail employees will receive at least a $500 grant, while store managers will receive grants of $2,000, the chain said.

California Considers $1,000 Fine for Waiters Offering Unsolicited Plastic Straws
http://reason.com/blog/2018/01/2…
“Calderon, the Democratic majority leader in California's lower house, has introduced a bill to stop sit-down restaurants from offering customers straws with their beverages unless they specifically request one. Under Calderon's law, a waiter who serves a drink with an unrequested straw in it would face up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.”

You guys have free health care, the dole, and liberal policies, but still... Why so much hate there??
There was a record number of acid attacks in London in 2017, police data shows, as perpetrators turn to household cleaning products as weapons.
In response to a freedom of information request by CNN, data from the London Metropolitan Police showed a sharp rise in attacks, with 465 recorded in 2017, up from 395 the previous year and 255 in 2015. The attacks increased six-fold over six years.
Additional police data from the first 11 months of 2017 show that the attacks are predominantly a problem among young males.
More than 75% of suspected attackers and around 60% of victims were between the ages of 10 and 29. In terms of gender, 71% of attackers and 72% of victims were also male.
This is where London bucks the global trend. In many other parts of the world with high numbers of acid attacks, such as South Asia, the act is overwhelmingly carried out by men against women they know.
- it's a v.nasty recent gang related trend mainly centred around London, much as knife crime was/is a problem.fadein11
- Still nothing on your gun probs though.fadein11
- "the dole" do you know how hard it is to live off the state now in the UK, no you don't do you, because you are a retarded bitter nasty troll lolfadein11
