^ The stupidity of this counterargument needs to be spelled out for the pro-gun crowd: Spoons might help you get fat, but you do that to yourself, nobody goes around force-feeding crowds of unwilling people until they're obese.

This "logic" that "well, shit, if they didn't have a gun they'd go build a missile" is pathetic.
Guns take about 3 seconds to become lethal. Bombs take premeditation, planning, at least a little skill, then they have to be detonated.
Further, there is little "power" in a bomb. Guns give you a first person control and experience, you actually "do" the deed, thereby releasing all that crazy rage/anger/hatred. Bombs, not so much.
Think of it like this, how many video games about sell where all you did was detonate bombs? Not many. Nope, people like to wield a lethal weapon that they fully control, hence the popularity of first person shooters.
The problem is many fold, not just guns, not just crazy people. Anyone that simply states it is not guns is just in a ridiculous denial. I don't want to hear about stupid "rights", "freedoms", etc., etc. I just want steps towards a solution, no more excuses.

There's really only one way to solve this.
Lock albums and whhipp in an empty room on their own. Lock cygnus and yurimon in another room but leave a few guns lying around. I'm not sure what kind of conclusions we'd be able to draw, but at least we'd know cygnus and yurimon were safe.

So, I am protecting peoples rights to carry/use guns... yes in a responsible manner and regulated. And I do not own a gun nor wish to, but for some reason I am a nut case and all of you calling for removal of all guns... completely unreasonable and absurd are the ones that have your heads on straight?
So... when will you be crying for ban of all alcohol because there are some that misuse it and get in cars and kill innocent victims as well?

I suppose the pro-gun people would find it ok to allow patrons at bars and clubs to carry assault weapons? I mean it would be a lot safer if everyone was packing correct? And if there was a massacre, the guns wouldn't be to blame, it would be the alcohol right? you know, because guns are pretty much spoons and all.
