I might be interested in the new Ultra watch only to have a semi protective crown. My apple watch always seems to be on stop watch because my fat wrist hits the crown. I'm sure its user error or some way to fix it but it's annoying.

After like 10 years on Samsung I might finally switch back to iPhone and get a Pro Max version.
Not a huge fan of the boxy flat edges design though. It was cool on the iPhone 4 but I prefer a slightly rounded off edges design like on the Samsung Galaxy S20. The flat edges design is cool on the iPad Pro but not ergonomic and nice to hold in hands when on a phone. But now that Samsung started to copy Apple in that regard as well it makes no difference anymore.
Still think the dynamic notch (island) is fantastic and great use of a hardware limitation.

Need to replace my old MacBook Pro. Need help deciding.
Mac Mini M1 w/ 1TB + 16GB is $1299
Refurb MacBook Air M1 same capacity is $1399I don’t NEED a laptop because I use my iPad Pro consistently for travel and I prefer it for working in a cafe or on the couch or whatever. So I was always planning on saving money with a Mac Mini. But this is crazy, right? Only $100 more to get a screen and portability?
Am I missing something? I guess refurbs are a better deal than I thought...
