It would be awesome to have a bunch of drawings sketches all saved and editable in one device instead of a bunch of paper that you can't really go back and edit cleanly.

The problem is the software...there are good apps for drawing, but nothing for serious design work.
I tried doing some basic coding stuff on my iPad, and even there you quickly run into limitations.
