It won't be perfect because you have the bit missing, but create a straight line from the left to the right, equal to the full diameter of the circle.
Rotate this about the centre point by 36degrees and copy it. Repeat until your 10 slices. Select all the lines and the shape and in Pathfinder, hit Divide.
- Thanks - Thought this would be the case but thanks for clearing it up.vuc

use the spacing of the negative area where the circle is broken and with that measurement create 10 equal pieces of your circle and cut.
or copy and paste then rotate the broken circle and define 10 perfect cuts from the negative area on the circle and re-copy paste/ rotate til you have perfect pieces.
should take not more than 30 seconds to complete.

just go to Edit > Divide and input 10 on the textbox. then hit enter.

The 10 sections will never all be equal without some fancy maths, I say this only because the segments cut away from the middle of your line will be different than your two end points that have the rounded ends. I'm not sure if you want the visible surface area of each segment to match, if so, the two end cuts will vary slightly to accommodate their unique shape in comparison to the parts without.

make a new brush with however many segments you want
make a line shape the same as your circle thing
apply that new brush and ensure the whatever steps are on it
expand your brushed shape thing
use pathfinder to intersect divide your shape and the expanded segment brush thing
ungroup

This isn't an Illustrator problem it's a maths one...

Meassure the angle of the missing part of the cirle. Subtract that from the total of 360 degrees of the shape. Now make a line from the center aligning up aginst the gap of the shape.
Seleect the rotate tool and by hold the "alt" key before clicking the center of the shape.
Now in the dialog windows angle input field type in the subtractede value from before and devide by 10. F.ex. 348/10.
Click copy
Then click "Command + D" 9 times- and finally devide all the lines and the shape with the pathfinderislandbridge
