I didn't (UK citizen).
Girlfriend tried to, but she didn't get confirmation her overseas vote had counted. Not sure if you do get it but we think she spent £7 on special delivery for nothing.

filling out my ballot today. doesn't really matter about my vote for prez but portland has an interesting mayoral race going on and oregon's got some important measures to vote on. (always pay attention to local politics first.)
