I would tell her that contact info on the FRONT is like asking for a woman's phone number at a bar before you say anything else, i.e. contact info should be exchanged AFTER a conversation, not before it.

Tell her this and maybe say "People will read the brochure front to back. Having the contact info in the front will force people to backtrack to the beginning and search for it. So it's been designed conveniently at the end so they can easily find it once they're done."
