I have basic cable and HBO and realize I don't watch very much now besides Breaking Bad, Daily Show, HBO series, and random things when flipping through channels.
What do y'all watch? Any guilty pleasures?

I'm not from the US, but when I was there last year, all I got (in hotels) where people on TV trying to sell you stupid shit like vegetable fruit cutters and mega ultra vacuum cleaners that can soak up a tornado.

Put most of your brain on hold, and watch Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, What Not To Wear, Project Runway, Wife Swap, Secret Millionaire, Kitchen Nightmares, Bar Rescue, Hotel Impossible, Undercover Boss, Judge Mathis.
It helps if you have a middle-aged hormonal imbalance and excessive body fat - this will decrease your testosterone and increase your lady hormones, allowing to totally relate to the people involved, and unconsciously weep when the story demands and the gentle music comes on in the background. Like a fat, useless middle aged Pavlov's dog.
Try to cope with the concept that this is what the rest of your life is going to be like for the next 20 years, without becoming genuinely suicidal.- *If you can cope with this idea and NOT be suicidal, please let me know your secret.mikotondria3

American Horror Story. And Stephen Merchant has a new HBO(?) comedy series coming out at the end of the month... might be good. His comedy special was good and Brit Office was brilliant.
