ALSO all of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown; after a nervous breakdown years back I bought all of the seasons and watched them all on repeat; best thing CNN ever produced.

Season 5 of Fargo was simply brilliant.
Great characters, stellar acting, gorgeous cinematography.
