"textual-inversion - An Image is Worth One Word: Personalizing Text-to-Image Generation using Textual Inversion (credit: Tel Aviv University, NVIDIA)"
"We learn to generate specific concepts, like personal objects or artistic styles, by describing them using new "words" in the embedding space of pre-trained text-to-image models. These can be used in new sentences, just like any other word.
Essentially, this model will take some pictures of an object, style, etc. and learn how to describe it in a way that can be understood by text-to-image models such as Stable Diffusion. This allows you to reference specific things in your prompts, or concepts that are easier to express with pictures rather than words."
*requires training, so not for everybody

questine:I’m looking for resources on product design for Machine Learning. It’s not that new of a field but the field moves fast enough that many of the articles from a few years ago feel dated.
Do you have any links Videos/articles or anything that would help a designer who works on an ML intelligence team?
- Is there a discordnb

- these prompt artists are gonna lose it when AI starts doing its own better prompts, putting them outta businessdopepope
- ^ What I've been screaming this whole time. They're building a library of prompts. This is how GANs works.garbage

How long until all these 'massive scale', 'cinematic', 'style of neato-Steve futuristic visionary painter', 'blah blah' images become so oversaturated that the 'aw' of such imagery is lost?

"Run Stable Diffusion on your M1 Mac’s GPU"
"Prerequisites
A Mac with an M1 or M2 chip.
16GB RAM or more. 8GB of RAM works, but it is extremely slow.
macOS 12.3 or higher."- been following this for a few weeks, nice to put it in one place.kingsteven
- Good performance too, a few minutes with the basic 16GB, and under a minute for 64GB MB Prosgrafician

'Seeing how rough a drawing stablediffusion img2img can make sense of. I used a very basic 2 minute charcoal sketch as init. Looks surprisingly similar to model (apart from hair).Prompt:A black and white photo of a young woman, studio lighting, realistic, Ilford HP5 400'

Here are some in the style of painters.
Prompt:"A portrait of a young woman by [artist]"
1. Norman Rockwell
2. Gustav Klimt
3. Vincent Van Gogh
4. Alfonse Mucha
These worked really well. Maybe I need to do so some interpolations?
