I have to say though, what Donald Trump has said on Twitter in the last couple of days is the most common sense he's made in the last 5 years.
- Well, since he can't tweet in response to today's news, I'll do it for him:
'WITCH HUNT!!!11!1!!'Continuity - I see what you did there ;)monospaced
- What you did there I see ;)ideaist

If republicans truly want us to come together, the simple and sole path is removing Trump now. They have the power. Why is this the only path? Because of Trump’s rally speech. Because you can not ask for “unity” a couple days after that rally speech by Trump. That speech, that fucking speech, was the most divisive and anti-American speech by a president, ever. Read it or listen to it. Try to compare it to any other speech by a president.
The Republicans’ criminal attack on the Capitol building is almost irrelevant here. It is circumstantial and gives context, but it’s not the key.
The key is that a Republican president gave the most divisive speech ever and a few days later the Republicans are asking for unity but without removing the main driver of divisiveness even though it’s totally within their power to do so.
It’s absurd.
- Yes. Unity around Biden.jtb26
- Honestly the Republicans are hypocrite scum. They say it’s ok because the dems are also hypocrites, but it is not comparable to this.nb
- I sent the transcript to my dad (Trump supporter) now he's gone apeshit on FB referring to me as a 'lying communist' lol. They don't see the problem.mathinc
- Just to be clear, I sent it to him over email. He's not naming me as the 'lying communist' on FB. It was awkward for him when I went over to help my stepmommathinc
- move some stuff in their garage though. This was about an hour after he posted on FB.mathinc
- Send him a link to the video of Trump saying the things that he said?garbage
- Nah, he's a fingers in the ears 'la, la, la' sort of guy. I can't do a lot verses 2 decades of propaganda. Oh well.mathinc

House Democrats introduced an article of impeachment against President Trump for inciting a mob that attacked the Capitol last week.

I hate how it happened, but watching Orange Man's entire 'legacy' crumble in a matter of days is so ... what's the right word? Refreshing? Vindicating?

This is worth mentioning again.
Armed protests being planned at all 50 state capitols, FBI bulletin says
The FBI has also received information in recent days on a group calling for “storming” state, local and federal government courthouses and administrative buildings in the event President Donald Trump is removed from office prior to Inauguration Day. The group is also planning to “storm” government offices in every state the day President-elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated, regardless of whether the states certified electoral votes for Biden or Trump.
"The FBI received information about an identified armed group intending to travel to Washington, DC on 16 January," the bulletin read. "They have warned that if Congress attempts to remove POTUS via the 25th Amendment, a huge uprising will occur."
- Hopefully it’ll be the same crack protesters that stormed Area 51, but this time they should definitely do the naruto run_niko

- Let's not give them too much credit. I don't think they have the brain cells to rub together to purposefully dry run a plot.noRGB
- But their failed riot exposed weaknesses, and now all capitols are ready to push back these dumbsnoRGB
