Punches for the Toronto star, their articles are on par with the Toronto sun these days.

    Headline:

“Zero Black or Indigenous women are on track for the corner office in a majority of big companies, survey finds”

Study found 89 per cent of the organizations surveyed have zero Black women “in the pipeline to the leadership level, and 91 per cent have zero Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) women.”

The Canadian black population is 4% so if half are women then that means 2% but according to the article 11% of corporations have black women in the pipeline so really they are OVER-represented by a factor of 4x same for indigenous women who make up 2.5% of the Canadian population but according to this article make up 9% of these leadership roles.

Am I missing something? It sounds like they are doing ok but the star spins it to make it sound that there are 0% of these women being represented.

    https://www.thestar.com/business…

    • For starters, you’re comparing the percentage of companies with the percentage of people... that doesn’t make any sensenb
    • The star has been a silly paper for a while nowGnash
    • Nb why should the percentage change population vs companies? So if the population is 50% women it makes sense that the workforce is 50% women too._niko
    • So it’s expected that 50% of companies in Canada have a female CEO. Which is great, But the star would say ZERO women CEOs in 50% of companies._niko
    • What you’re missing is that it isn’t 11% of companies are black or indigenous. It’s that 11% might have one. They are still very UNDERrepresented.monospaced
    • They aren’t giving you the % of non white employees in leadership either. That would be too useful for a fair comparison.monospaced
    • Sooo you're not comparing population vs workforce or population vs employees. You're comparing population vs companies.nb
    • Some companies have 50,000 employees, others have 3 employees. So 1/50000 or 1/3 constitutes a mark in that 11% category of companies.nb
    • I'm not making a moral argument here, I'm just explaining why your numbers don't line up. Speaking strictly from a statistic point of viewnb

Tl;dr: White suprematism that emanates from Trump, has infected all races, regardless of their skin color. Infected Americans acquire a toxic racist quality called "multiracial whiteness". The essence of modern white suprematism is this very multiracial whiteness, because most alt-right people are generally black or latino, and the worst white racist terrorist organization Proud Boys is led by Afro-Cuban Enrique Tarrio.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En…

"Multiracial whiteness promises Latino Trump supporters freedom from the politics of diversity and recognition. For voters who see the very act of acknowledging one's racial identity as itself racist, the politics of multiracial whiteness reinforces their desired approach to colorblind individualism."

If a person of any race does not require any special racial privileges for himself, but stands for individualism and equality between people regardless of their skin color -- he is a multiracial white-racist terrorist.

Complete dissolution of all knowledge, logic and thought processes. What is happening in America?

    I love this stuff

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Me…)
    https://www.forbes.com/sites/jul…
A group of parents of gender nonconforming children.

Their philosophy is simple: if a boy plays with dolls, is quiet, doesn't fight or play with other boys -- it is unhealthy because he is not accepted by his peers. Therefore, it’s better to cut off his penis and as a girl he/she will make friends with other girls.

The group is led by Susie Green, who took her underage son to Thailand for a sex-change operation (so, now her daughter).

Obviously, the purpose of all this is to cut off penises, any whose penis, and everything else is just a specious excuse. Freud disassembled this garbage in detail a hundred years ago:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pe…

The only surprising thing is not Susie’s rather trivial disorder, but the fact that people like her are no longer treated with vaginal massage or electroshock therapy.

30 years from now transgenderism will be equated to the popularity of lobotomy in the 1940s. I just hope to see that day with my genitals intact.

As a bonus, a transgender breaking down:

    • There are 7.5 billion people on earth. There is bound to be a handful of crazies.inteliboy
    • jesus, you go off on one here. freud's penis envy is the opposite of what you think... ie. wanting a penis (either physically or sexually)kingsteven

    • but the assumption that most surgeries fail and all transgender folks are mentally ill is daft and exactly what causes the activist outrage in the first place.kingsteven
    • Not most are mentally ill , ALL are mentally ill by definition. Dude, 50% of trans people attempt suicide, they’re not stable, not even close._niko
    • haha mostly due to victimisation you fucking dote even if no 50% = all somehow? i have trans friends that are the most intelligent, self-aware shitbags going.kingsteven

    • choosing their gender when they shouldn't be allowed to choose their own shoes. as far as mental illness is concerned they're on a par with the rest of us.kingsteven
    • Adult transgenders I can sort of deal with, but this new industry of "parents with transgender children" is exceptionally noxiousdrgs
    • It's all part of the new trend in parenting, where the parents' responsiblity is completely removed (the modern "biological" approach to adaptation problems)drgs
    • ie. if a child has social problems, is because he/she was born this way, and so you have new ways of treatment like sex-change etcdrgs
    • I just hope the victims will eventually sue all transgender charities for propaganda of this trans hysteriadrgs
    • i get that, but understanding chopping your dick off isn't a one-stop solution doesn't really require gloating over someone breaking down having done it.kingsteven

    • trans folks i know came out as gay and struggled with that first, so, no matter what they decide to do with their bits have bigger balls than all of us.kingsteven
    • Wait. You think this is all to satisfy everyone’s deepest desire to cut off penises? Think about how truly dumb that sounds. Seriously.monospaced

    • because anxiety, depression are illnesses because they cause distress. where if you suffer from gender dysphoria transitioning is often the cure.kingsteven
    • gender dysphoria itself being mutually exclusive from being transgender in that many trans people don't 'suffer' it and many non trans people do...kingsteven

    • and over a quarter of all surgeries (not including cosmetic) are unnecessary, and often exploitative. its huge business.kingsteven
    • drgs does it help to know that these people have to go through rigorous counseling, treatments and assessments for many months first?monospaced

The Dalton School, one of the most prestigious private schools in Manhattan ($54000 tuition per year, obviously most students are white), is experiencing a race meltdown.

Dalton teachers are revolting, and have issued a set of demands to the school:

"The demands for additional staffers alone would add
millions of dollars to Dalton's annual budget. Siphoning
off 50% of donations would dry up funding. Eliminating AP
classes (referred to as "leveled courses") would destroy
college admissions. It's not an exaggeration to say these
demands, if implemented, would destroy Dalton
altogether. According to insiders, much damage has already
    been done."

The effect of these demands will be completely opposite: money from donations normally go to sponsor black students. Now there will be half as many of them.

Best high school in America, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, is closing down because there are too many Asian students

Since race-blind merit-based admission is based on test results and the tests result do not follow racial correctness, 61% of the students there were Asians. They are moving to admission by lottery, which is basically the same as to close down the brand name of TJHSST.

The main function of premier math-heavy high schools is to prevent children with borderline Asperger from being bullied by their classmates. Tests that require Olympiad-level math skills is the ideal way to gather them all together. If you put random people from the street together with autists and other math-crazy people, the former will beat up the latter, but you can't explain that to the lilac-haired horde.

Author of "In Defense of Looting”, published in august.
    Vicky Osterweil, formerly William Osterweil.

Tl;dr: Property is racism, because all property belongs to white people. Looting is good, because it combats racism and challenges class society, and the best entertainment for the masses is "controlled arson".

Osterweil uses Korean store owners during the 1992 Los Angeles riots as an illustration of white cisgender male racism at the forefront of white suprematism.

The most natural reaction to this book would be "if resisting robbery is racism, then I'm racist and I'm proud of it", but you can't say that in America, and so the Americans continue to marinate in their suppressed "racist" urges.

All Trump has to do is to give a sign, and he will win by a landslide.

Today I received an email from my kids school district apologizing for including the book The First Thanksgiving in their elementary curriculum and informing us that they will be removing all the books that contain stereotypical cartoon images of Native Americans.

    • and while we're at it we've decided to rename this holiday to more accurately portray history and will henceforth be known as Thankstaking._niko
    • you're telling the school is removing not so historically accurate curriculum?pango
    • Words are violenceGnash
    • yes people only apologize when they're being violent.pango
    • Americans wont rest until every image and every mention of Native Americans is deleted from historydrgs
    • yes, that's exactly the point.pango
    • I dunno that seems fair. You know, on account of Native Americans being all but wiped out.. raped etc.Projectile
    • Yes, removing all the cartoons will make up for it. Americans are like compulsive hand washers, but the racism is not coming offdrgs
    • After all the genocide and rape. Since removing cartoons that was made to mock them won't make things better. Let's keep mocking them. Sounds about right.pango
    • What is meant by "stereotypical cartoon images of Native Americans"? Would this be one of them: https://tinyurl.com/…drgs
    • I don't know. Gotta ask native Americans.pango

    • drgs has a point, there's a part of the left that's so god damn ridiculous some would rather side with trump just to troll the stupidsmoldero
    • Such stupid bullshit. White people have also been enslaved, black people also love dogs, etc. This idiocy is precisely why many people vote for Trump.MondoMorphic
    • Dems should be concerned that this is what their party is starting to look like.MondoMorphic
    • True, if you look back at the history of slavery, slave owners were famous for walking around and picking up the slaves shit with their hands_niko
    • Also French kissing their slaves after the slaves finished licking their balls._niko
