I am strongly considering buying this Nasdaq short ETF. Y'all know I'm king of the bears, but Nasdaq is especially fucked. I'm scared the bubble could keep bubbling, since the world is a cynical chaotic mess, but it seems tech stocks are especially overvalued and have huge potential to crash.

I'd call what we're seeing a trend reversal. Everyone knows that tech stocks are a bubble, a bear market rally. Is it popping? Major tech stocks down 10%, gasps of gains on stocks like Tesla, Nikola, and Kodak lost, the market is looking for any place it can put money to make money.
In 2001 in the dot-com crash tech stocks lost 80% of their value over the course of 2 years. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a 60% devaluation this time when this long, long time bubble finally pops.

In 2015, Teladoc petitioned the USPTO to invalidate several of American Well's patents. In retaliation, American Well sued Teladoc shortly before Teladoc's IPO, alleging that Teladoc's business model illegally copied one of its cornerstone patents. Teladoc asserted that both its business had pre-dated American Well's by a number of years and that American Well's patents were invalid as overly broad and obvious. The federal court in Boston agreed with Teladoc.
